Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products being handmade, please note that they will come with slight imperfections that vary from one another. No single product is made exactly the same.

However, if you have a concern about your order (i.e. damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item) please contact us within 48 hrs days upon delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

Cancellations

We will accept cancellations made within 24 hrs after purchase. Once your order has been packaged and/or shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
